Five Acre View B & B is just less than one mile from the village of Rosedale Abbey, take the car, for which there is plenty of free parking, or better still relax and enjoy a ten to fifteen minute stroll through the picturesque countryside, torches are available for guests returning after dark.

 

The village has two local hostelries, serving a variety of food and drink, with incredibly relaxing atmospheres for your evening meal.

Abbey stores tearooms and gift shop, sell a wide variety of necessities from daily newspapers, to gifts for all the family, the tea room has a wide range of home made cakes, scones and freshly brewed coffee. Graze on The Green, is also a quaint tearoom in the centre of Rosedale.Gillies Jones, renowned glass works,is situated on Milk Street. Rosedale also has its own 9 hole golf course, situated at Red House, wether an experienced golfer or a complete novice this challenging course is a great way spend an afternoon on the green, then relax with a pint of local ale, families are welcome and clubs available for hire.

Next to Five Acre View we have The Sycamores offering top to toe beauty treatments, by beauty therapist Lyndsey Dale. The therapies range from facials and massage, to Shellac nails and make up. Therapies are available at the Sycamores Rosedale or Helmsley.
